My bet is that blizz considers us to have gotten our changes early with the adjustments to doom blossom, etc.

I actually think they are using Aff as a baseline. Which means they are not making major changes. This prevents any changes that dramatically changes damage or playstyle. This is only reason i can think why we still have 3 talent speed boost a capstone that is never taken. Pet talents in our class tree for specs that Sac pets Drain talents for dps specs that rarely use drain. A talent that increases ramp of an incredibly weak dot that once ramped provides no benefit.

Demo latest changes put it well above aff and Destro So yes we do want that kind of attention

We need a lot of tuning especially in M+ Shard Generation is really bad as well. That needs to be looked into no matter what.
