People stopping in mid to turn it into a 4 hour AV should be banned for a week.

Max cap you could need is 110,000. Im pretty sure everyone will be fine if they care at all to get it. Also, pretty much everyone is going to want rep anyway. And you’ll prob cap before exalted.
