It’s funny that you mention that scene, because I have such vivid (bad) memories of it. I was definitely not prepared for that movie…

At least Unicron was great!

It was only years later that I found out why so many characters were killed off. Short version was licensing issues. If you haven’t seen this yet, check it out. Season 2, episode 2

I have seen a few commentary on this. Though I do remember that the out cry over optimus death was so large, that they eventually had to bring him back.

I saw the trailer, but not the movie. I have mixed feelings about the movies. The kid in me wants to love them, but everything Michael bay touches is complete garbo…

I am the same way. I seen the trailer and it gave me a nostalgia feeling, But I have not yet seen the movie. And I agree the Michael Bay movies were cringe worthy

Dude… I bought the Blade Soundtrack CD back then and bumped the Bloodbath scene song over and over. This was well before the current Super Hero movie trend, and I was blown away by that movie.

Oh I like that music from blade : ). This may come as a shock to some but my backup to 80s music, is some good old fashioned country.:cowboy_hat_face:
