When i launch BFA my pc crashes

So recently i decided to re-install BFA I have re-installed twice now, the first attempt i had crashed 2 times during the download, i ran a scan/repair after installing and before launching the game. When i launched the game however My screen went to “no signal” mode and i heard the cinematic begin to play for about 10 seconds then silence, I turned my screen off and back on to be met with a blue screen of death. After several attempts at repair i decided to uninstall and reinstall once more, this time having no crash during download. But was met again with the same issues. I will note that my classic wow is on the same HHD but has no issues like this at all. Can anyone assist me ? or should i just give up on reinstalling / playing retail

I forgot to mention that on the second installation When i reached optimized / playable I was able to log on, create a character, and go into the world on that character, i closed shorlty after creation to allow the download to take full priority of my internet usage.

These types of issues are often caused by overheating or a deeper hardware problem. Those issues and bluescreens are outside our scope of support but if you want to provide a DxDiag we might be able to check for any noticeable problems.

  1. Press Windows Key + R.

  2. Type DxDiag and press Enter.

  3. In the DxDiag window, click Save All Information.

  4. Name the file “dxdiag” and click Save

  5. Paste the DXdiag into the post, select and highlight everything you just pasted, and hit the (</>) button. That’ll make the information much more readable.

It should look like this.

If you have issues pasting here, please use Pastebin and post the link (ex: Pastebin (dot) com/123456).

It may also help to provide the HWMonitor results from checking overheating.

  1. Maximize the HWMonitor window and expand all the nodes on the left

  2. Scroll all the way up

  3. Take a screenshot with the Print Screen (prtscn) key

  4. Open up the program Paint and press ctrl+v to paste in the test

  5. Crop the screen if you want to only show the test, then save it as Test1.JPG

  6. Scroll all the way down, then repeat steps 3-5.

  7. Upload them somewhere like imgur and paste the link here between two grave accents (`) like so:
