Grobb is on SOD til Cata. My guess is that we’ll be back at our TBC size in Cata.

Transfers off won’t happen unless it’s for a PVE server fyi. There is no PVP servers that are like grobb to transfer off to.
Check back next week on how active it is and on May 20th with Cata. Most raidloggers are on SoD atm as WOTLK post ICC patch is zzzzzzz.
