When do we finally get to kill Sargeras? 15th expansion? 20th expansion? Will it even be possible? How many more mysterious lands do we discover beforehand if so? The lore has been so watered down now, we might never see the end… Looking at the expansions released chronologically, yeah, I believe that they don’t have a clue either…
I really hope they tone this god killing thing done sooner than later.
The game is just too grandiose.
I want to have Orc warlords as the big bad guy I have to kill. Not demi gods
I’m sure it’s possible, it starts with Sargeras swallowing up the whole raid!
The raid takes place inside Sargeras himself where we battle his internal organs as raid bosses and eventually in the end after we defeat him, he farts us out and explodes.
We then end up partying with Illidan and the Pantheon.
The next x-pac will reveal all…

Featuring: Friendship valley, Cozy tundra & slightly uncomfortable pjs.
We won’t, I have a sneaking suspicion he’ll be used as some savior to help fight off the titans that are showing to be the actual evil ones.
We beat him already and locked him inside Illidan.
That’s why Illidan is being broody and edgy somewhere in the Twisting Nether instead of being broody and edgy with the rest of the Demon Hunters.
Time to return to WoD.
If I could stand the content there, lol.
I mean, some of its good, I like dungeons for the most part. Its that blasted garrison and all the stuff in there that helped ruin WoD for me.
I mean, I pay these grunts to work for me and then Im out gathering wood and mining rocks? lol.
oh god. These plot twists are bending my spine, lol
Never. The 14th expansion, he’ll escape and it’s gonna be Legion 2.0, including all reused assets with a touch-up! Gonna be great. Be there or be square
Who?
Why do we need to kill Sargeras? Why is there so much fascination with this vestigial 8 bit arcade console shoot-em-up “murder hobo” mentality that requires the death of a “Big Bad”?
Why can’t there be a moral and ethical component of gameplay where we’re required to objectively or rhetorically prove that we have a superior intellectual position and that we can offer a productive non-violent solution to a problem?
Why does everything have to be comic book level adversarial to the point that the antagonists have less character development and a far shorter life expectancy than your average comic book villain?
I mean, take Magneto from the X-Men comics for example. He was their very first antagonist. The X-Men faced off against him at least half a dozen times in the first hundred or so issues with him being beaten as often as he beat the X-Men. In the first fight with the 2nd team of X-Men, he threw Wolverine around like a rag doll in a hurricane. Then a couple hundred issues later Wolverine and Magneto go at it again, with Wolverine nearly eviscerating Magneto and Magneto tearing the adamantium from Wolverine’s bones in a fit of rage.
This is something WoW could learn from. You don’t always have to kill the Big Bad. Sometimes they can get away. Sometimes they can win and force the protagonist to work harder. Sometimes they can be reasoned with.
