When do mages unlock portal for isle of dorn?

as title states. my mage is 72 hasnt unlocked portal yet. is there something else i have to do?

You have to go and buy it from a Portal trainer.

I think you can learn it at like level 78 or something?

Edit: Checked it just now - can confirm, gotta be level 78 and you can learn it in the big portal building in Dornogal.

Really wish they put her closer to one of the standing portals or in a more obvious spot. She’s pretty easy to miss as she is.
