When do Diminishing Returns reset each day? Is there a concrete time you know of?
Should be a simple question, surprised how hard it is to find this.

Diminishing returns on honor from PVP kills. Each kill of a unique character should reduce honor by 25% per kill til 0%, resetting daily. Daily at what time?
Sounds like someone’s been camping.

Or on a low population server? Or having guild feuds back and forth? Maybe been camped and fought back? Large scale pvp? There’s plenty of reasons to want to know this.

Subsequent Kills - Players killed repeatedly within a 24-hour period will give less honor. The Honor per kill is reduced to 75% on the second kill, 50% on the third kill, and 25% on the fourth kill. Killing a player five or more times within 24 hours of the first kill will award no Honor.
“…within 24 hours of the first kill…” makes it sound to me like there’s a 24 hr timer for each character killed that starts with the first kill? Dunno.
