I was 15 when I first started playing vanilla WoW, got Rank12 I think as a Human paladin.
Went Horde in TBC and made a BE Paladin with my RL friend, we met a dude in game who was just light years ahead of his time in playin WoW.
One of those true Rank1 players that just understood every class and was mechanically good at keyboard presses when keyboards were still a new thing.
His name was Sacari, we got gladiator a lot with him. Sold a lot of teams, for gold of course. 
In WotLK I went Ret and played a Destro Lock during the L$D2.0 days, that was the last time I think I got glad.
I quit playing for awhile, recovered this account and have been pretty casual since Cata.
I thought that too, then I remembered we literally called it Wrath of the CRIT King, WotLK was just as bad, lol.
