When did walls matter

for most of the time i’ve been playing, if i stunned somebody and they pre-walled it at high hp i just wrote it off as getting outplayed and swapped or at the least conserved offensive resources. the only times i ever like to plow through defensive cds even as big as ironbark are when the target is really low and they’re not receiving healing.

i really couldn’t tell you how many times this week i’ve been half kidneyed at full hp in bear with survival instincts up and chugged frenzied regen when the stun ended but died before it finished ticking(edit: in 2s this just happens 5ish seconds later, but i have yet to see a rogue do 0 damage before wall ends, which is what i feel like they deserve to do), but it sure doesn’t seem like wall matters anymore. how long have i been behind the times?

Its not a wall issue it sounds like your gear is really bad. Did you not see every game going to 60% dampening this weekend?

lol tbh rogue isn’t rly in problem class in rmx imo its rly strong but fmage one shot unhealable burst is the reason half kidney kills work

for people who think mage is the reason for the thread, this has more often than not happened to me in 2s, even sometimes from rogues playing with mws behind the pillar that don’t have mystic touch on me

idk man im never able to 100-0 through bear against 36% vers but maybe my gear sucks im only 468 30% base vers

Im going to assume this is 3s because if a rogue is 100-0 you in like kidney + frenzied while you were bear the entire time with barkskin up your friendly partner didnt kill the tendie.

maybe a lil accelerated for dramatic flair, yeah. still seems wrong that a rogue ever gets rewarded for putting any offensive resources into that go, even if it takes me to half and i die 5 seconds later instead of 1

You are at 18% vers defensively which we are talking about and you said you PRE bear formed the stun with full hp. Were you 1v2ing people in 2s wheres your healer here.

idk i feel like I cant even damage a feral when they use only bear form and surv instincts maybe late damp and im able to pump the entire vend damage into him without stops
