When did heirloom helms and Pants and Shield get added- is that in Cataclysm Prepatch April 30 or later?

The Cataclysm Prepatch is April 30. Will the pants, helms, and shields Heirlooms be sold by merchants then? Or do they come out at the opening of Cataclysm on May 20- or later?

Iirc pants and helm boa are sold by the guild vendor.
But are tied to guild achivement. Forgot which ones tho
