When could we buy Honor points with Honor for alts?

What, using the honor you earned on your main and giving to your alts sounds like a wotlk thing since ya know wotlk is a very alt freindly expansion.

You can spend WG mark of honor and stone keeper’s shard and buy honor tokens that are account bound.

I sent some to my alliance hpaly. =)
