Have they announced which phase pvp’rs can play? Aka get weapons?

Weapons are rank 14 or based on rep from BGs so probably AQ.
R14 weapons will almost certainly be AQ.
Rank capped right now is R10. I expect R11 and R12 for BWL (maybe R13) and Rank 13 and 14 when AQ is out.
Is that next phase? BWL and AQ?
There are no more phases.
We will get BWL in 6 or so weeks. Then time will pass until AQ comes out.

BWL won’t be Phase 5 etc. SoD is basically playing on a modified Classic 2019 Phase 6.
When BWL is released then the PvP Rank cap will be increase. The devs said they want to release it 6-8 weeks after MC in an interview.
Given that R14 weapons are equal to that of AQ40 we likely won’t have R14 until AQ is released.
So pve geared people will severely outgear pvp’rs for a solid month+, so gross

yes, that’s right. PvE just is more prestigious and rewarding than PvP.
Unstoppable force is good right now.
You can get epic PvP weapons with exalted with AV and AB
I am not trying to raid in this dog seasonal server anymore so yeah when do I have to come back to hit R12 and R14
It’s crazy how they cannot just appease both sides…
Just toss some rank 11-13 weapons in game, hell put them in STV so Bloodmoon actually turns into a PVP spot again and not a ghost town.
I can’t speak for all classes, but:
-warlock: ab 1h + av oh or ab 2h…also 1h off I think it was azuragos… Haven’t seen how easy or not Ony is, but there’s a strong 2h staff
-warrior 2h: av 2h, arcanite reaper crafted and upgraded
-warrior 1h (prot glad) : av dagger (or axe blue axe, depending if you’re building for slow or fast weapon) +av shield… Mace from kazzak or mace from brd. Axe from Ony
-rogue: daggers is a bit tougher… There’s one for reels, and av blue and epic daggers, but nothing above that… Non daggers you can get the same 1h mace warriors get
Those are the options for classes I play at least, without getting into mc. That said, if you can pug mc, do it, imo. Perditions blade is basically better than hwl daggers now and far above any available other daggers… Ditto hand of rag, bone reavers edge, and spinal reaper for warrior 2hs (upgraded arcanite reaper is basically half way between unstoppable force and the above 2h)
Tldr there are actually more options than there normally would be for pvpers right now, at least for a few specs. Before a warrior would be stuck with TuF until 14, and now there are at least options.

R14 are closer to T2 & BWL level, depends on class/spec. I think me and a lot of people are speculating they’ll increase rank limits because of that.
Sulf has more top end for 2hs, Ashkandi has comparable damage at a faster speed than R14 claymore, Dark Edge from proc from AQ40 carries it into being 1st place / tied for best PvP Weps with Might of Menethil
T2 for paladins is a mix of T2 being better for some specs (prot) while T2.5 is a significant upgrade over R13 gear. Bloodfang is very good for rogues, especially those gloves.
PVP weapons are BWL+ quality. They should be made available the day BWL is and not before.

Weird how they talked about pvp so much building up to sod and now were 60 and if you pvp you’re just messed
yea that would be too late. r14 should be release before bwl but theyll probably do r11-14 at bwl
