Oh, the legion artifact floating offhand has been bugged for months.
Also, speaking of bugs, can we please get more visibility into the Rain of Fire and ground targeting issues on the Dawnbreaker boats? Rain of Fire ticks a single time on the moving boats and that’s it. It’s actually disgusting that this went live like this and super easy to test/replicate.
