Wu’de Prepfoot in Waking Shores. A Tauren in a cage. Are we ever saving this guy?
Originally there is dialogue where you promised to save him, now they don’t give the option to promise. He is eternally in his cage.
He is in a cave in Waking Shores surrounded by some hostile dragons that look like they could be a grindable faction of some sort.
Posting on story forum because it is probably a dropped plotline or something.

That would be the Worldbreaker cult. A cult, much like prepfoots who believe that Deathwing will return and finally bring about the Hour of Twilight. There are some rewards tied to them via handing of keys while doing the Wrathion / Sabellion stuff. Where you can collect a ‘currency’ if you have the worldbreaker title (it is a temp title).
Originally they weren’t a deathwing cult but the Twilights Hammer manipulated them into becoming one.
Like nearly everything about the worldbreaker cult, it is more of a joke. Given that the Prepfoots in Highmountain were also a deathwing based cult. I mean you have a group of twilight hammer ogres killing each other over who should lead them.

The Twilight’s Hammer and other Void Factions connected to Deathwing have shown themselves to be a joke this Expansion.
The Faceless in Aberrus comically grab Ashkandur the reclaimed version of Lothar’s Sword Ashkandi thinking it would help sell the lie that the Faceless was Deathwing.
The Faceless also invented the Shadowflame-infused Elementium Armor that drove Deathwing to bestial rage decreasing his intelligence(as if he didn’t already have the problem of becoming an insane megalomaniac) costing them the Hour of Twilight as well as created the Slitherdrakes for their Void-infusion plan only for them to escape and be rescued by us.
Fyrakk wasn’t much better having shown blatant incompetence in refusing to use his weapon to break into the Wellspring and win until it was too late.
This was an Expansion where the Void hijacked the Plot(shortly after we killed Raszageth) for the sake of embarrassing itself.

Now that’s an interesting idea…
What if that was the point? What if the madness the void brings isn’t an accident but actually the goal. What if the purpose of driving its notable users insane is to prevent them from succeeding?

The better question is, when can I get a little Prepfoot fish hat?
