There’s a lot of people not hitting 60 who want to raid this week.

What about the people who aren’t 60 by next week? Do we delay it another week for them? But then we’d have to delay it another week still because of yet more people that aren’t 60. And so on, and so on, if the catch is that we have to wait for everyone to level then the raids would never be opened because there will always be people leveling

Yeah you clearly don’t know 90% of the player base. If you don’t got 80%+ parses after first week you are gonna be declined from a lot of raids. So missing 1-2 lockouts means more and more people have parses and you don’t, pushing you further and further from getting in raids.
