Right, yes to your first comment for sure, carrot and stick. But again I dont think its a good idea to develop for potential degenerate players/gameplay, blizz does this constantly to the detriment of the game and probably the majority of players. High end raiding is an excellent example. Years and years of this and they finally said before this expansion launch that they were done with the arms race with mythic raiders and tuning/developing around the 1%. Again just digressing.
