Everyone’s got stories… let’s hear them.
I have had a few but I don’t pug a ton ton…
The other day our healer (I was tank) was late to release in +12 ToP on a wipe because someone missed the skip. We were all back and I said let’s just kill it… hunter was inching up so I said “no heal” meaning healer isn’t here don’t pull. Sure I could have worded it better but I was trying to race an itchy trigger finger lol.
Healer shaman says “dude STFY” (then corrected the Y to U kek) /leave party
I whispered and explained, and he immediately logged.

I was at a +2 (let me repeat, PLUS TWO) and the mage didn’t lust first boss on SoA. Tank got so irritated he stopped the group and kept asking the mage to demonstrate his ability to press buttons or we won’t go any farther.

Decide to finally go for M+ for the +15 achievements. Decked out 226 with buddy who is max 227(pvp gear). We run necrotic wake and wipe on 2nd to last boss who had like 50k health left with like 10 minutes left. First wipe btw. Healer rages that we wiped and calls the tank out for being a “baddie”. Healer rage quits and not only is key wasted but also like 30 minutes. Guess ill just go back to pvp lol.

My raid leader assigned us groups in legion, we ran the dungeons and then I stopped raiding because I’m not being forced in M+ to raid and that was the last time I did M+

In my opinion anyone who is that desperate for a bloodlust in a 5 man makes me laugh. I understand lust in raids or pvp situations to help push back the other team but a 5 man? I don’t know.
Also before anyone says anything, yes I’ve done keystones near bfas end and I still don’t see it as necessary personally.

As to the ops question I have one incident where a hunter in a 4 waycreast was pulling and misdirecting on my dh tank. Told him to stop multiple times, he refuses.
Then he pulls a boss trys to misdirect and before the boss room closed off I infernal lept out and watched him die. Too funny.

I ran a +0 this week for weekly and the tank had the prot warrior artifact wep from legion equipped (a whole ilvl 20) and when i asked why he said he didnt have anything better.
Another time i applied to like a 12/13 on my druid and the lead asked why he should invite me. I linked last patch ksm which he said didnt matter (i had timed 11/12s in SL at this point) so i told him to just decline me and he said he wanted to waste one of my q spots.
Overall nothing terrible

you haven’t done higher level tyrannical keys then - cuz it’s mandatory on those.

I dont know why you winked but obviously cause its something ill never be able to do, same as mythic raiding.

Doesn’t really answer my question. Just comes off as condescending but whatever I guess

I just got out of a +2 that went flawlessly until the last boss, the tank missed the boss with the spear and a Druid in the group lost his mind. We still got a +2 despite the error, but that was not enough apparently. He said that the entire group was the equivalent of a certain disease and he hoped the internet would go down in the Spanish speakers “3rd world country”.
I just don’t understand how a sane person can lose their marbles over a mistake in a video game despite a near perfect run. People who behave this way need to be placed in a psychiatric ward and studied by scientists.

Hrmm darn honestly my M+ experiences so far have actually been really good.
My worst ‘experience’ was once tanking in a Pit of Saron mid last year. Had tanked it the year before without any issues. But this was during the buff they did for heroic TW dungeons for corruption (and before the debuff).
Come into a party where which looks like it has done one pack and has one pack cleared. Felt a bit suss, but apparently that had taken 15 minutes. The most vocal being an arms warr about how bad the last tank was.
Defeated first two bosses without issue but on the way to the third team tags the warrior tags mobs on the way. He starts a whiny about how I’ve never stepped into a mythic so I ask if he knows how this dungeon works? This sends him up the rails.
I am having a bit of difficulty getting to the middle of the cave so I advise the party I am going to wait a minute for my cooldown. This is when he goes on a rant about how bad a tank I am and swearing.
He is very easily kicked but he continues the tyrade of insults in whisper. I block him and report the whisper. The funniest part of it all is that all along he did had some of the worst damage and had no concern for the fact dungeons were scaled up.

This just one experience which in my 2 years time so far playing WoW was bad. I have a big respect for the community and how nice it’s been since I’ve started playing this game.

Wow community and nice dont exactly go in the same sentence but props to you for somehow getting lucky with that.
you forgot to add whats the most toxic raid you ever had quit picking on keys like everyone does on the forums in all honesty raids and pvp have been so much worse to the anger and screaming i heard in them groups. ONCE AGAIN QUIT PICKING ON KEYS AND START TALKING ABOUT EVERYTHING ELSE IN THE GAME THAT IS JUST AS BAD.
Not sure which was the most toxic, but out of some 150 runs, I’ve only had 3 remotely toxic runs.

Tank kept backing into additional mobs, failed to hold threat, and took about the strangest route imaginable. Blamed others for the pulls. He left just before the first boss. We packed up and did another of the PuG’s keys instead (same level).
-
Keyholder hearthed after dying repeatedly to avoidable damage. We 4-manned it after, double-timing it. Took the other DPS another boss to realize he’d gone.
-
Very particular, but very hard to understand veteran bossing newer players until things finally stabilized (as the tank and CCers got more use to Necrotic).
Yep, that’s… all of them.
Spires?
Like come on. Did that run today at +6 on my mage. Near perfect run ruined because Devos suddenly moved when the tank threw the spear. It happens lol. Sometimes she just freaking moves.

The problem with devos fight is people get trigger happy with that spear and just throw it haphazardly instead of waiting a few seconds for her to do her first move then throwing it.

I know right? And to get that upset in a +2 that we timed anyhow… a +2! There has to be something seriously wrong with that person IRL. I’ve seen alot playing this game over the years, that was one of the worst.

…That is literally the mechanic. You don’t throw unless she’s moved in the last 3 seconds.
I meant it only in that it’s not something unique to Spires. If not that mechanic, then a slow dispel, a missed interrupt, a misstep on a would-be skip, a failed stack, etc., etc. Seems weird to pin the center the act on the mechanic as if the mechanic were itself any more random or arbitrary than any other.
