What race/class combo is your main and why? What drew you to the class?
Iām drawing a blank on why I wanted to make a warlock. I THINK it had something to do with seeing locks in cool armor.
Rose was the first time I started to actually feel like āHey Iām figuring out the gameā instead of being some noob.
hunter and ranged is why bm or suv what ever i decide to play.the most mobile class in the game.
Nice! I started on my friends account before BC dropped, and when BC dropped my first on my account was a belf lock until WOTLK. I just enjoy melee more, so I went to DK, but the current iteration Iām not a fan of. Not a fan of frost dual wielding, and not a fan of pimple popping as unholy lol
Because after playing a dk from Wrath to WoD I needed a change of pace and dh was the next hero class, so why not. Always said Iād change my dk only if another hero class appeared.
Elemental Shaman currently and most often in the past.

That aside I think itās just comfortable to me after playing it so much early on. I dont think it stands out as anything special mechanically.
In my last game I was a Templar so I naturally have an attraction to āsmack things with the big sword of holy powerā. Turns out it works exactly the same way here. Big damage in burst phases.
This is my first game with multiple races so I went with human as even elves seemed a bit unusual looking when I first installed WoW. Used to it now.
8 months later, still what I enjoy most!
As soon as I started playing back in Vanilla, I wanted to play a Shaman.
Unfortunately, all my friends wanted to play Allianceā¦
When TBC launched, Draenei was the perfect opportunity to roll a new class.
But then all my friends quit playingā¦
Took another 10 years before I was finally able to play this character as a main. (Technically, this is a reroll of the original Shaman I rolled on another server. Still have that one too)

Blood elf priest. I was discipline for over a decade, and then rerolled Shadow in BFA. Originally, back in Vanilla, I had rolled troll warrior because I aesthetically enjoyed them. 16 year old me didnāt know any better. In BC, I ran into someone who I made friends with who played a blood elf priest, and I was inspired.
One morning at three, I made Shadina and I fell in love pretty much instantly with the character. Not the class, or the race, but the combo and the way I had made her look. Iāve mained her since.
Fair point. I thought Iād like DH more than I did.
I love my shaman, but enh hurts in pvp and I really miss totems being more important and integral to the class. Praying for shadowlands to change that, but /doubt
This guy, created back during patch 1.6.
Human because he was rolled when I was just starting the game and didnāt know enough about the other races to see the appeal in them. Mage because a friend who played WoW told me that my initial choice (warrior) was boring.
Havenāt ever changed mains because while alts are fun, none of them have ever felt like a main to me.
I made this guy in BC so the class/race was forced on me really. But the class is for convenience. All 3 roles, plate so tanky even as healer/dps.
This is my main, because he is the one I have the most fun playing, my warrior is a close 2nd.
Switched to this guy in cata cuz I didnāt like the prot paladin changes
Now Iāve simply sunk too much time into this character to not play them
Unfortunately lol. My old raiding guild back in BC decided to swap server and swap to alliance, I decided that life wasnāt for me and stuck Horde lol
That struggleā¦ I want to main my dk, I just donāt have fun playing it anymore 
Druid cuz I can be anything 
dps, tank, healer, bird, dog, cat, dinosaur, pokemon

Iāve got grass is always greener syndrome and canāt stop jumping between warrior, shaman, and hunter.
I always love the idea of druid, but when I play it I just lose interest lol. But I am quite jelly of the Kultiran druid forms, quite beautiful

My ORIGINAL choice was a Tauren Shaman.
Thankfully they added Draenei so I could be a Shaman AND Alliance.
(Truthfully, I wanted to be Alliance anyway, but they didnāt have Shaman in Vanilla. Thatās the unfortunate part.)
Samesies! I do best on my warrior, but it gets boring after a bit. I want to love my shaman, but Iām just not as good at it anymore, at least not in pvp and I miss my totems; my DK Iām just not a fan of the playstyles anymore, like I said before, dual wield frost isnāt my cup of tea and pimple popping isnāt the fantasy I envision either.
Side note, I like goblins because theyāre small and come from the islands, but I hate their totem visuals, wish I could change them
