What's your favorite WoW video/trailer/cinematic?

In November WoW will be 18 years old, and after all this time we had dozens of media that remain in our minds to this day.

Which one, for you, is the most iconic or nostalgic media that brings you the best memories?

For me is the 8th Anniversary commemorative trailer, it’s been nearly 10 years since I felt deeply nostalgic about the previous expansions. What a journey!

If I had to pick a Retail one, I really did enjoy the MoP one. I like the little funny jokes, in it :laughing:

Yeah, the Vanilla cinematic is really remarkable.

So much hype for Classic!

IK this is supposed to be about WoW, but I find it a complete disservice to not give Blizz credit for their Diablo 4 trailer. When, I first saw it, I thought I was watching a movie :laughing:

Blizz should consider it :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

Yeah, the cinematic level of quality is astonishing, I wish we could get more!

I still remember when I watched the WOTLK cinematic for the first time on a 4:3 CRT monitor. :smile:

I remember this cinematic becoming somewhat viral because of the similarities with the “2012” movie from 2009. The ingame follow-up was also neat:

Hard to pick a WoW Favourite, so I’m gonna side-step that one and pick a Starcraft one.

Indeed, it gives Orcs justice IMO. Pretty much like the Legion cinematic the only trailer with Sylvanas that I liked. :face_with_hand_over_mouth:

The aftermath at the end with Illidan and Khadgar was probably the best we ever had.

Wrath & WoD are my favorite trailers

In game cinematic – Maraad’s sacrifice in WoD, Gul’dan’s death scene in Legion, and of course Wrathgate.
