See title. Personally for me, I’m really liking farming the Mecha-Done achievement and leveling up my Mechagnome. The 8.3 content is pretty fun as well, but I like those other things more.
Also, serious answers please. I don’t want any self-righteous Blizzard haters mucking up one of the few positive threads left on here.
Horrific visions, by far.
Horrific Visions are one of my favorite parts of this patch. I enjoy pushing the limit on how far I can get, makes me excited for the SL endless tower
Mostly Legacy content. Trying to get the chest piece from LFR Trial of Valor. I’ve completed Argus on this character in order to get more veiled argunite to increase my odds. I quite enjoyed it. Not having to wait for Mc’aree or dealing with the mob density makes it fun.
I think sometime in the near future, I’ll try to convince someone to join me in some Legacy content. Maybe we could do some WoD raids or something.

I really enjoy doing World Quests with my wife.
For solo play, I enjoy a relaxing farm session at my Hulon Ranch.
Right now I am doing Argus. Finished the now prepared bit and got exalted with the army of light. Few more WQs and I will be exalted with the Argussian Reach.
I recently went back there to complete the transmog set via the 6 daily chests and silver elites.

I always like doing Legacy content as well. Mostly mount and title farming. I usually do the highest tier of dungeons and raids from 2 xpacs behind, meaning this time around, it’s WOD content

I’ll admit that one of the things I’m looking forward to in Shadowlands is Legion becoming Legacy. Assuming they keep with their current ideas on being 2 xpacs behind. Legion has some good mogs!
Starting alts, losing interest in them, then starting more. My main has daily/weekly stuff in 8.3 business. Some various transmog farming too. But I kind of float around doing whatever I feel like. Often I’m in older expansion content.
Farming Legion is gonna be a lot of fun, I’m looking forward to that too

Leveling alts is pretty fun, but I think I’m gonna hold off on most, other than the mech, for when the SL leveling changes come in. At that point, it’ll be alt city haha
Roaming Azeroth on my Vulpera doing world quests or whatever I feel like that day anything is fun on the fox.
Fur the Horde 
I like to do a dozen dailies every day to farm currency for a token to let me run a fifteen minutes scenario that I have a high chance of failing and receiving basically nothing for it all.
I like to use that needle toy to transform Demon Hunters into Drustvar Witches. When they right click the buff to transform back, I transform them into turkeys.

RN, I’m mostly leveling alts. I don’t like BFA zones and most likely will wait til Shadowlands to lvl through that range since I can do it in any pre SL zones.
