The question isnt which is the best, its what is the best AFTER the wrath cinematic
Which is crazy seeing how old it is and imo blizz has yet to recreate that much emotion in like a 2 min clip
I went through all the cinematics not that long ago and was blown away with how well it held up

Wrath also had the benefit of being what a lot of people were looking forward to since the end of WC3.

The one where Illidan gives a speech to his demon hunters. Then they go attack a demon world. You are now prepared! I get chills every time.

For expansion launch I liked the MoP one.
tied together with “Old Soldier”. It was pretty solid and well directed.
In game?
Battle in Vale of Eternal Blossoms, Ysera’s death, Talanji summoning Rezan and destroying Alliance fleet. 
My favorite cinematic was Sylvanas killing Saurfang and abandoning the Horde. All is forgiven, Sylvanas!

This is true, wrath was built up as a story for YEARS which is why i think it was so hard to follow
It was like the end of a trilogy and blizz is trying to recreate that magic in a single film, not impossible, but very hard

My favorite of these type easily goes to Gul’dan with Jania’s Warbringer as a close 2nd.
he is in the maw with sylvanas and finally understands sylvanas is trying to save us from a threat we arnt able to know due to yet unknown reasons.

The MoP opening cinematic I think. Characters were likable, the fight was good, story/setting was interesting. It’s just fun to watch and really sets the idea of the expansion. I especially liked that it had a sequel showing the orc and human later afterwards. We need more after credit scenes.

The Warlords Of Draenor Xpac cinematic. It was awesome sadly the xpac wasn’t as good as the cin =(
