What's your CPU temperature when playing WoW?

I am running a Ryzen 3600 and with all settings maxed out with direct X11 and Vsync on at 60 FPS, I am averaging around 52-53 c.

Not sure how normal that is, so was wondering what are your settings and what temperature are you getting with your CPU.

My 9900K while playing WoW generally hovers around 50C under an NH-D15. I’ve got a 5950X on the way, which may or may not run a bit warmer at times.

This is with a 2080 Ti and quality set to 10, 1440p, 4x MSAA, and no ray-traced shadows. Faster graphics cards can cause processors to run a bit warmer too, since they’ll dissipate quite a lot of heat.

I have a small unit (Intel Nuc Hades) and the fans basically blast the combined cpu/gpu unit. Highest I’ve seen GPU get is 70 and cpu oddly enough has always stayed low, currently 39 but I’ve seen it at 47 during raids/group activity.

geforce gtx1060 max-q in a dell 15 g7 laptop, hwinfo system tray icon shows around 62c while playing. graphics settings are 3-ish on the slider with fps capped to 60

edit: cpu temperature averages 74c as i am playing right now; i8750h

Damn my temperature aren’t as good as your’s. I am using the 212 evo.

I don’t think I’ve seen any game bring any of my Temps above like 65 degrees. But then again, I have like 15 internal fans and a liquid cooler for my CPU.

Ryzen 5 1600 my temp is 49-55c playing this on setting 10 high-ultra msaax4 capped 60hz/fps 1080p. But even if I uncap frames and turn to 1440p my CPU doesn’t go above 55c and your Ryzen 3600 is safe there.

50’s Celsius will not harm your 3600 and a lot of people report their 3600 idling around 50c. Can Google “Ryzen 3600 idle 50c” to read more on it

I play on a potato laptop and IDK the temp but the part by the vent makes my hand feel like when fire mages get all :fire:
