This, but in PvE, absolutely horrible. Like, possibly worst spec in wow history right now.
B-Crap. It has very strong single target. Sure aoe is not that great, but it more than makes up for it in single target
Have you tested it on the PTR and Beta? Rhetorical question. Clearly you have not.
I love MSV. I honestly love it and I only want it to get better. That is why I want to tell people that no, MSV is not in a good place, In live it is in a good place but in the PTR we ave been gutten to oblivion.
We have gotten 0 updates throughout Alpha or Beta, we are the only spec that have recieved no mechanical updates whatsoever.
and to make it worse our focus regen has been bugged since the start of alpha which halves it from what it is in live making our current playstyle unsustainable.
If you love current MSV plz help us bring more attention to this issue. Blizz needs to know we need help!

It’s not like many people cared that much for the spec. But I gotta love it. I love how precious and holier-than-thou they all acted before now, as if Blizzard would never dare to do it to them.

Yeah, we need to bring more attention to the bug. I mean I would like some actual updates but if Blizz at least Fixes the Focus regen bug currently in PTR and Beta, It would be a nice first step into improving SV
There is hardly anyone playing it. I’ve reported it and I know a few others have that I speak with who main SV. The bigger issue isn’t the bug, they will fix that. Mongoose needs to be baseline. Flanking Strike needs to be rebuilt. If Mongoose stays a talent choice SV will spend an entire xpac forced into one talent configuration.
That isn’t good for SV, Blizzard or the game.

The bug has been there since the first alpha, yeah I am hoping and expecting Blizz to fix it. But I have to be honest and admit that I do not trust Blizz enough these days either…
I did say I would prefer some actual updates to our spec, but heck. After the whole alpha and the beta without receiving anything… I am honestly begging for anithing at this point.
I have a bit of hope still. There are a lot of conduits that haven’t been put into place yet on the beta. They are either way behind, don’t care or are reworking SV. Time will tell.

i feel like im one of the few middle ground hunters where i like melee survival and i like ranged survival. im pretty sure at this point, including the most current build we got today, that survival is the only spec that has not been mentioned in any way.
locks, spriest, ele and enh shaman, mm hunter, DKs, warrior and feral and balance druids all got like mini reworks or significant changes.
Blizz can atleast mention survival focus at this point. I mean hell, they addressed BM’s focus problem like 5 builds or so ago by making a passive BM talent that increases focus regen by 100%.
Kind of ridiculous at this point

Yes other than the bug fix.
We are the last remaining spec that has recieved no mechanical updates of any kind since the start of alpha.
It is nice that they bug fixed us but is not really a victory of any kind as it only return us to what we currently are on live without adressing any of our actual issues at all.
I’m at least hoping that this bug fix may mark the beginning of Survival Getting some love.

It’s doing less than 45% of top dps? Cause that’s what vanilla pallies and boomkins did.
I said in Shadowlands. As right now, the class was nerfed to the ground and it’s almost useless for PvP 
(in case you wondering, I have been playing the beta 3 months ago.)
Edit: Blizzard fixed focus problem but still SV needs changes.

Me too… I’ve waiting changes for SV since I’ve heard from the next expansion.
Now I wonder why this happened to one of the best PvP specs played and represented in the least. Half of the melee DPS in BFA was discontinued, and Blizzard progressively nerfed tank specs.
