What's with the slow out of poly? bladestorm doesn't remove it

is it a bug that when u bs otu of a poly that youre slowed by some conduit debuff im assuming? nothing is supposed to slow BS

asking this as i currently watching my healer 1v1 a fire mage in 3s at 1900 mmr, mage wont die cause of alter, triune, nova, db, sheeps and rings resets to eat. Damp is at 50% already.

Yeah that slow works in freedom too, which makes no sense.

Tldr: currently watching my healer kill a dps and the dps won’t die. Nerf the dps.
