Over the past couple of weeks, I have noticed a major reduction of Highland Guppy schools in Twilight Highlands. Doesn’t matter the time of day either. No change in herb nodes or the other fish schools. What’s up?

Probably just bugged.
Like how all the elementium nodes in Uldum that you try to harvest and get hit with “that target is tapped” are bugged.
Seems like there are quite a few profession related bugs that, i doubt, will ever be fixed, among all the other bugs that persist in Cata.

Thought this was just me, but I’ve recently seen this with other schools in Cata zones as well.

Probably slower spawns with less people in the area. Now that BoT is going out of business, traffic is probably alot lower in the area compared to a few weeks ago.
You might have to go and fish up the Deapsea Sagefish around the coasts. They share a spawn with Guppies.
Thank you for all your replies. The reductions of schools continues which is causing the prices of these fish to sky rocket on AH, which for me as a fish farmer still balances out with less fish to sell. The DeepSea guppies are still there but because they are the only available fish to catch regularly their prices on AH have dumped. Its just less fun to spend all your time flying around Twilight Highlands looking for schools only to have 2 other players jump on it with you. Ok my whining is done.
