What's up with the server lag?

This game is borderline unplayable, I’m leveling my alliance alt (Moon Guard) and I keep getting the “no mount” glitch, things won’t sell to vendors, quests won’t complete, the ui won’t update, messages are delayed to friends etc.

There’s a ton of issues that keep happening and the only way to fix it is to relog (which doesn’t always work). The heck is going on? Is this just on Moon Guard or is it every server?

Been getting server lag all day. It’s highly irritating.
