What's up with Dominos and Vigor?

Using Dominos, and I can’t enable the Vigor Bar.

Has this been addressed? I can’t find anything recently discussing it.

Dominos doesn’t do anything with vigor (or the UIWidgetPowerBarContainerFrame).

I definitely remember it being movable in Dragonflight before the TWW prepatch went live, unless I’m having a big case of the Mandela Effect.

Either way, the Vigor Bar is not showing up.

Edit: Nevermind it works. Dominos definitely interacts with the Encounter Bar.

What did you do to enable it? I am on the most current update and I cannot see it in the edit mode.
