playing against a lot of affliction locks today and im legit sitting 3 seconds of a fear and losing over 20% of my hp before it breaks

enjoy that random threshold increase fear got around expansion launch
We get a conduit that lets fear take 100% more damage. The dots don’t tend to break it but our shard spenders usually do
