Imagine having to use a portal to get to the docks, and fly from the furthest distance anywhere in Kalimdor.
Imagine having to go half way across the city to find a mailbox after buying something off the auction house.
Imagine actually making everything a hassle to get to in the city alone.
Listen man, Darnassus was all grand and dandy but it was the worst city. Next to the Exodar, but the Exodar at least was more practical.
I only really get lost in Silvermoon and Exodar. They are just so out of the way and pointless, hardly ever go there unless i’m herded by an event/quest.

Dazar fly down to do one thing fly back up to do another and then back down again because you forgot to transmog a part of your new armor. Oop now you wanna go scrap your old piece so you fly back up. But now that that’s done you gotta fly back down to do expeditions

Everyone seems to not like my favorite cities. UC was great because it was efficiently designed. Dazaralor is gorgeous!
Shouldn’t the easy winners be the BC cities because they’re jank 2d and nobody has ever bothered to fix it?

Except the alliance aren’t the ones who blighted it but anyway, I disagree. I love UC. It’s not my favorite but I like to visit now and then.

Thunder Bluff. Pre-flying days, having to race through each hut to change areas of the city—hoping you don’t get dismounted. Or just having a quest turn in on a higher platform after jumping down.
Not bad with flight, and unique looking. But meh

The elevators were always fun

I just really like the theme of the place, and the mage quarters, rogue quarters, etc. and of course home of the Dark Lady. Well, was. And might be again, who knows. But anyway, yeah… I’ve always liked it.

I’d say its a hard call between Orgrimar and Dazar’alor. Both are pretty poorly organized. Though, Orgrimar is slightly better organized. But its a tough call which of the two is worse.

I remember going to the Apothecary and exploring the tunnel down to where they were experimenting on people in cages. Amazing. And seeing Varimathras.
The cockroach pet vendor was such a good addition too

Dazar’alor. Used to be Ashran, though.

I am aware the developers were trying give the immersive illusion of making the city appear larger but why place the Scrapper miles away from the Titan Residue vendor?!
That’s like placing a Auction House in Ratchet and the only Mailbox in the Crossroads!

Minor detail.
Thanks for the correction, but yeah the invasion that left the city blighted, something, something Alliance.

Dazar’alor easily is the worst
Who ever decided to make the post face the other direction to the main hub and put half the stuff down there that players use and then the pvp area 15 miles away was dreaming
And having to dive down to the bottom to craft? It’s like you need to use your hearth stone and flight whistle to get around

another vote for dazaralor
entirely too spread out and annoying. visually impressive but not made with players in mind.
secondary to SW because I STILL after over a dozen years need to pull up a map. especially with non-flying lowbies. why in thralls name do i keep ending up in bar-town when i need to find the FP??? exodar would probably claim that spot but i am never there so

I think Dazaralor is really bad. Even with flying it’s still bad

Dazaralor, hands down.
I’d rather continually be put into an endless loop of navigating Undercity for the first time than navigate that cursed place more than twice in a day.
Honorable Mentions: The elevator system in Orgrimmar makes me want to hang someone, sometimes myself.
