Not sure why, but I can’t click on the Calendar to see which timewalking event started yesterday. (I can only click on the top 4 events on that day, and it looks like it’s the 5th)
So, which expansion is it, and where’s the vendor please?
Gotta get me those mounts!
Why didn’t you just open your dungeon finder and look? 
It’s Classic. The Vendor is at the Anniversary Event (Caverns of Time)
I’ll try to look in dungeon finder.
It’s not Classic though, I’ve got the mounts from that one.
It’s another one, which started yesterday at 7:00 a.m.
(I just can’t click on that event on my calendar)

According to the in game calendar, yes, and Turbulent Timeways starts also.
Classic, there are actually two vendor sets. Theirs one at the Anniversary event, which both factions have access too. And I believe theirs one by Chromie in each respective factions capital city (I know they’re hanging out by chromie in stormwind, anyways.)
The Alliance one is by Chromie. For reasons I cannot understand the Horde one is just outside the general store instead.

I just went to Bobadormu in ORG (next to General Store), and he’s offering me same 2 mounts as Bobadormu in Tanaris:

I’ve got 'em both, so I guess I just need to wait until Pandaria Timewalking starts on 1/7, and get those (2?) mounts.
(unless somebody knows of a different Classic Timewalking vendor, in ORG or somewhere else, other than Bobadormu, offering different mounts)
They’re the same vendor, its classic walking so they only offer classic mounts, you can’t get any of the other walking mounts until their respective timewalking event.
