Are they comparable in strength to the Titans, or stronger? I know they’ve come out and said the First Ones are Titan+++ or something level strength, but what of the Eternal Ones?
The Eternals are about on par with the Keepers on Azeroth. Blizz mentioned it in a later interview.
Summary
So the winter queen we wanted something that stood above the night fae and felt somewhat different than they were. And of course, she’s similar to other creatures like her that we’ve had in the past. You know, she’s not a Titan, but she’s something kind of right below that. She’s an ultra-powerful creature here and part of this pantheon in a similar way that the Titan Watchers and Keepers we’ve seen in the past were part of the pantheon of law and order.

And of what we’ve seen them in action that’s makes total sense. None, not even Zovaal, have done anything on titan-level power. Their size, strength and overall ability is closer to titanforged Keeper. Still very powerful, they’re the pinnacle of the SL, but not that powerful. Titans are an entire plateau above them. We had Sargeras slicing planets in half like cutting bread. Meanwhile the Archon nearly lost to Devos and Denathrius got his butt handed back to him by us.
Blizz originally mentioned Zovaal was a titan++ threat or something like that. But that was a way old interview back at SL’s Blizzcon reveal. Honestly I think we should disregard it and stop clinging to that literal notion of him being a super titan. Maybe something will happen with Zovy later on, but right now even restored he’s still not a titan. Though he is higher above the other Eternals.

Let me compare it to Marvel, it’ll probably make more sense.
The Titans are like the Celestials.
The First Ones are the actual architects of the universe and reality, like The One-Above-All.
