I definetly don’t expect bis, but come on-I’m still overwhelmingly getting trash for my off-specs instead of something usable with this one. Why bother having the distinction of the system is just going to give me random regardless?

You’re a warrior. You hit stuff with sharp stick regardless of spec.
It’s a more noticeable difference with something like Resto Druid vs Feral, or WW Monk vs Mistweaver.
This is overly reductive to the point of being comical. We’ll pretend for the sake of conversation this is my main and I don’t have several other toons.

Certain open-world systems give random rewards…but end-game systems always stick to your spec choice. Frustrating, sure, but its how it goes.
Unless you’re complaining about fury getting 1-handed weapons. Its best to set loot to arms to prevent that.

How is it a problem?
Warrior wants shield: loot spec Prot. Warrior wants Titans Grip weapons: loot spec Arms.
Druid wants healing trinkets: loot spec Resto. Druid wants agility weapon: loot spec Guardian or Feral.
Priest wants healing trinkets: loot spec Holy or Disc.
Monk wants intellect weapon: loot spec MW. Monk wants DPS trinkets: loot spec WW.
Paladin wants 2h weapon: loot spec Ret. Paladin wants shield: loot spec Holy or Prot.
I’m unsure how that’s broken.

When I set ret loot spec I have a chance at dps trinkets - which are awesome - and 2-handed swords. I’ve always got drops appropriate to the loot spec I’ve set. I think for warrior probably the only difference will be prot, with shields, 1-hands and defensive trinkets. Though I suppose 1-handers drop with SMF on Fury?

I mean, it’s probably more important to warrior than any other class tbh. If you’re fury and ever have your loot set to current spec, you’re doing it wrong.

Sounds more like a Warrior specific issue.
Happens on my DK and Evoker as well.
