Is it going to be reclaimed Gilneas?

There were three expansions between WoTLK and Legion, and three expansions since Legion, so we are due for Dalaran to return as a hub. Hopefully the Kirin Tor can magic a screw under the city to help drill though Azeroth.

No, its going to be the earthen city on the island in the first zone that was covered in the panel for TWW.

Make all cities neutral, and Ironforge the hub.
