For me it would be my mount farming. Imagine you are Arthas Menethil, THE Lich King that has the world in a stranglehold of fear, sitting atop your throne at the summit of the Icecrown Citadel…only for a pandaren in a magical girl outfit to come beat you up for your horse and do this weekly until she gets it.

I danced in Rastakhan’s sacred palace whilst he was giving an inspirational speech to his people before being murdered in seconds.
Only fought the jailer once in lfr for the quest. And I died on purpose because I just did not care about fighting him. I got the quest done and bounced. I didn’t even want loot.
Yeah I feel you on that one. By the time the fight was done I didn’t care about loot, just that Captain Nipples was dead.

Skipped an entire phase. Imagine you come up with a clever plan to stop the raging band of murder hobos and they end up beating your 
so fast that you have to skip step 2 and go straight into panic mode for example Zaqali Assault. I’m sure Kagni had a great plan but he immediately went from “I’ll kill you!” to banging on his dads door yelling for help.
I’ve been joining a lot of Shadowlands raid farming parties and on a Sanctum of Domination run recently got Sylvanas done before the last phase. We bursted her so hard at the last phase of the bridge that it took us to the chest at the end. I was like ‘wait, did we just save the Arbiter?’ 
Might have just saved us one patch of Shadowlands. Sorry we didn’t do it earlier.
In one day I killed Sire Denathrius 10 times across 10 toons, my 10th kill (my 11th kill of the week though) was on my warlock (not this one), I had to get 8 stacks of Determination to do it. It was well worth it because I knew I just knew that it was gonna be that kill that he would drop the Pommel Jewel of Remornia, and guess what? I was right!
When /moon was a thing, I went up to Azshara and typed /moon.
I was zapped and killed lol
