Considering rolling one but on the surface I have no clue how it makes sense. Were you a blood elf who studied and became twisted by the void then became a death knight, or death knight first.
That’s up to you. Write away.
They got their tentacle covered can kicked to the curb then some unfortunate ebon blade member mistook them for a functioning member of society. The rest, as they say, is history.
A void elf was alive for about 15 minutes after transformation before coming to an unfortunate end, and Bolvar smuggled the body to himself I guess because he has a diversity quota?
…Yeah, there is no lore.
They were dead and risin as death knights… as other races were…
All DKs that were made via Bolvar were victims of Sylvanas’ war and are being given a chance for payback .
This!
We also don’t know if it’s possible for DKs to be infused with the Void the way Velfs were. So it’s unsure if you could’ve been a DK Belf first. Also, those who went looking for how to keep the Belfs safe and ended up in that trap, probably didn’t have DKs among them. It’s not really the DK way. So I’d probably suggest sticking to what Waidmann said.
I made the ultimate affront allied race dk for my alliance dk
Horde Belf (frost )
Alliance : LFUHDK
While I see the newer ones as casualties of the 4th War, I cannot help myself to think about the ones who race faction change and taking effort to look like their previous selves were simply sick of the Horde’s rubbish.
Yes! I want pay back! Want to kill Bolvar! He could have just left me dead.
I kid but I also don’t need pay back against Sylvanas. For the Dark Lady!
I have one, too!
And I don’t see why people keep saying that Lightforged DKs are somehow lore breaking. It’s pretty simple: They died, they were brought back, the Light left them, they’re just Draenei. The only reason they’re Lightforged in game is because gameplay mechanics. They weren’t going to tell Lightforged “no” to DKs and they weren’t going to switch them back into looking like Draenei.
Majority of them were merely casualties of the forth war risen by Bolvar’s Horsemen while a small amount of them were Horde Death Knights talked over into joining protecting the Alliance instead of the Horde.
Death Knights from both sources are equally disciplined mentally; greatly amplifying their psychic abilities.
Both your assumptions are correct, OP.
they died of shame for turning their backs on silvermoon then we sold their corpses to a necromancer
The beauty of being void elf is we have almost no lore. Be creative.
Blood elves who were found on a desolate rock in space touched by the void. that is the lore. fill in side details to yours hearts desire.
Shots fired
They coulda been a blood elf death knight hanging out with the Blood elf void research team when the “event” happened. And a bunch of etherials thought aww elfs are cute, let make em like us so we can have kids!
I always wondered what the heck are void elves. xD
To be honest I would appreciate very much more roleplay interfacing with this game.
We are blood elves forced to mutate into something else by an etherial attack. But it got stopped half way thru and now we just get discounts from etherials that think we are cute.
lore wise the way that works is yes you were a great warrior or hero to your people (the void elves) and you were reserected after death by the lich king when he formed his new army in preperation of the looming threat in the shadowlands
so yes you were a elf that got corrupted first, then you died in a glorious battle and then you got resurected, same as the other deathknights
You’re a Void Elf who died in the 4th War(BfA) and was resurrected by Bolvar shortly before the crown was broken.
