What's the level requirement for transmog on low level toons?

I know that Legion gear opens up for transmog at level 10, but does anyone know what’s the level requirement for BfA, SL and DF transmogs?

classic, bc, wrath, cata, mop, legion, wod, bfa, and sl mogs all unlock at 10
df mogs unlock at 58

Honestly with how open the requirement is, they might as well remove it and just allow us to transmog anything we have unlocked at any level.

Why allow literally the entire rest of the game at 10 but stop at [current expansion]? It’s fashion, not gameplay, just let people mog whatever.
