With pally the only one that doesnt suck is the LFR blue one. But my gear is past that at this point and I really want the shoulders for the tier LFR appearance.
What would be the quickest way to do that?
Wait til next expansion rolls out.
The only legit answer is: Make MOAR Paladins.

Just wait until you have too many catalyst charges then use the WQ event gear drops to change into tier pieces. It will be low enough on ilvl that it should convert to LFR tier pieces.

All of the epic gear from the weekly quests in emerald dream can be converted to lfr appearances and then turn into normal at 454

Vault can grant the pieces you need for mog, I would suggest LFR on an alt and not a main if your current content is Normal, Heroic or Mythic.
Have pally number 2 or 3 do the LFR mog chores.
Roll an alt of the class that you want mogs for. Do lfr in all likelyhood get no loot but still roll on everything that is a mog anyway. get full raid cache on that character each week then pick the mog you want while avoiding gearing the character to make sure you can still roll on the loot each week.
Its the easiest approach but I feel like I’m trolling for writing it.

You get 3 pieces per week from the quests in the Emerald Dream. Planting 5 seeds, the Superbloom, and the 1500 rep. Those pieces can be turned to lfr appearances and then upgraded for normal appearances.

easiest way to do this is with world content gear - catalyze it into set pieces. or get lucky in LFR if you can even roll on it
The fastest way to collect all 4 tier set colors is to get hero items on your main and upgrade past 476, and get veteran items on an alt of the same class and upgrade past 450. Upgrade after acquiring the tier skin.
Problem is its the same items every week.
Dreambound 415s give lfr aberrus. Promalist gear gives lfr vault.
I also think wpvp gear can be converted into RF/LFR gear, but they might have changed that (apart from the gear you get from the weekly quest gear rewards in the Emerald Dream). If this is correct, you can use wpvp to pick up an item or two that has proved frustrating to get.
This, the more of the class you hit LFR with, the better chances you get the appearances!
Even though the Warrior set is, umm, not good, I am close to finishing it. Why? Because I have 3 max level warriors that can do the LFR!
That and use the Catalyst, and make sure to check the vault every Tuesday morning!

The easiest way to do it is to wait for enough Catalyst charges and catalyse gear from +2s.
The fastest way to do it would be to have multiple throwaway toons that are then deleted/replaced by another.
I would like to point out that the second option, while being the best way to get the mogs, hurts LFR players more than if high level players could roll on pieces, since I’m now using a toon that is less effective and only serves the purpose of collecting the mogs. It wins pieces and then is deleted.
Queue on tuesday morning on an undergeared character. People do content on their mains first so most people will be unable to roll need.
