Anyone can give me some info? Thank ya.
Exile’s Reach is a newer, more modern starting zone that’s shared between all races.
Regular starts you at an older, Race-Specific starting area.
Generally, Exile’s Reach is easier, faster, more pleasant, and teaches you more about the game. The only real reasons to do Regular are either scientific curiosity or nostalgia.
Exiles is a catch-all tutorial island that teaches you a bit about your class and the game.
The regular levelling is the traditional zone your race starts in (Northshire for humans, Azuremyst Isle for Draenei, Teldrassil (unburnt, intact) for Night Elves)
Or youve done exiles reach so many times youre sick of the place.
Not that ive taken many characters through it or anything…
Does it give you like a better XP boost?[quote=“Elk-thaurissan, post:3, topic:1826755, full:true”]

Story-wise, Exile’s Reach is a more generic experience focused on the Alliance or the Horde. The other zones tell the story of your race of choice and usually how they end up joining the Horde or the Alliance.
Pandaren cannot be Neutral if they choose start on Exile’s Reach.
The only thing Exiles reach teaches you is that you can solo everything and not even die.
That’s not true. The whole questline is structured as a tutorial. It even starts by teaching you how to move. It covers all the basics. Moving, fighting, questing, looting, consumables, vendoring, exploration, treasures, dungeoning, etc. Heck, there’s even a quest that’s specifically designed to teach you how to use emotes.
The reason why you don’t feel like it teaches you anything is because you already knew everything Exile’s Reach was out to teach you before you went in there, but for a brand new player it’s a pretty solid tutorial experience, and a vast improvement over the old system of “look it up on wowhead” lol
I hate it when you’re right.
I would skip Exile’s reach on my alts now because I dislike having to wait until I get out of the tutorial before having access to Edit mode for the UI and I don’t like going through a forced quest path in an instanced area too many times.
Play the starting zone if you want rich warcraft racial lore that gets you invested in your race’s history.
Play ER if you don’t care about lore and want your player agency restricted by new player gates.
Tldr. ER is boring trash

Your first character you make in WoW should be either a human or an orc. It’s the law! Vastly superior experience doing either of these.
It’s like chosing Jedi/Sith before you start the KoTFE/KoTET SWTOR storyline.
And if you do everything, you end up with a pretty decent set of starting gear as well.
I am the law!
In terms of leveling. In Exile’s Reach/Worgen/Goblin starting zones, you are stuck there until you finish (barring some breaks), then you can access the rest of the world. You have to go through the whole thing before you can do something else, while going through the normal route you can drop in at one zone then just go where ever you want.
Not true, I have seen some people died to murderous bear. I forgot his name.
Exile’s reach is like modern AAA tutorial zone.
Racial starting area is like Elden Ring’s Tutorial zone, but without the difficulty.
