I have a quest, Entropic Remnants, to collect sands from enemies. I completed it, and the quest marker is over Temporal Conflux… But I’m phased. There’s no flightmaster, or anything…

I too can not see the FLight Master or Quest NPC. The ? shows but nothing/noone there.
You might have to proceed with the story questline (marked with shield icons) to restore the flightmaster and NPCs to the Conflux before you can turn in certain quests.
The zone’s questline starts in Valdrakken, continues a bit south of Valdrakken, then takes you to the area just below the Conflux. You don’t have to finish the entire campaign, just proceed far enough until the NPCs return to their places.
I’m phased on an alt, completed the questline on another character. Does anyone know if we have to do it per character?
Seems like we do. I was trying to do the whelp daycare quest Sandy Nap on my alt but Temporal Conflux place is in the phase with all the hostile mobs and no vendors. Sucks that there isn’t a way to skip the 20 something quests needed in order to get to the current phase.
do u happened to know the quest name? i have a few ! mark on those big dragon up top so if u know can u tell me what it is that starts to unlock the phasing?
