That said, I agree with group > personal DPS. Gotta switch a talent out sometimes. But no pet for lust, I’m not gonna expect lust. Should ask in advance imo.
I would suggest rolling a hunter then and not complain. I keep my lust tears in a jar, it helps me get stronger.

That’s what the OP is talking about pretty sure. I think his idea of not inviting hunters is good.
Pretty sure its 10% vs however much damage the pet does, not a flat out damage increase.

Can take that route if you want. I always come with my lust pet out. I’m also not playing MM

I’m MM and I’m one of the hunters the OP hates, because I play MM so I dont have to have the pet out. I dont want an invite to a group like his.

It’s annoying to have to change pets. The pets that use that ability are not very good. Shaman or mage should do it or use drums.

MM is a good route to go, and my MM friends put out insane damage, even when they sacrifice a portion to lust on a boss. It’s just the pugs that I’ve been running into that seem to have the problem with it. My regular group has agreed that if we have to pug hunters from now on, we’ll tell them lust points and if they say “Mm NoOb!” we’re just gonna instakick.

I try to make hunters look bad in jest. It is a shame there are some that seem to be doing it for real.

My hunter tamed one of the maw beasts and it’s cunning, so no lust.
Absolutely. If I have one in group I wouldn’t dream of asking a hunter to even bother with it. Just gotta be smarter with comps.
If you’re saying that in any seriousness, you aren’t doing content where that matters anyway.
