What's the deal with Daelin Proudmoore's Saber?

Why does Daelin Proudmoore’s Saber not have Strength when the ring of the set Lord Admiral’s Signet Signet is on Frost DK loottable? The setbonus even does frost damage, weird that we would have to get the sword traded to us and ignore the strength loss?

A simple fix would be to allow the sword to have str and agi. Surely making this exception to the usual weapon rule for a sword of legendary origins wouldn’t be game breaking

The ring is on everyones drop table because it’s a ring.

But I agree they really need to bring back shared agi/str on every weapon. It’s stupid they removed it in the first place.
