Serious question.
What’s the breaking for you with this game/company? At what point do most of you just walk and unsub? They’re literally destroying this game/company from the inside out. Removing emotes? Removing actual pieces of art like reclining nude. I mean, at the point do you realize this is a dumpster fire?
Before all of this. The systems where annoying, the meta behavior of devs and elite players are annoying, no casual fun, no casual pvp without getting one shotted by a booster. No troll beards

I’m not saying, because if I said what would make me unsubscribe, they might be taking notes and saying to each other, “Yeah! That’d be a great way to get rid of those casual scum that have been tainting our game.”

Shadowlands is jam packed with quit moments.
It’s a conglomeration of things. That Blizz post today just kinda did it for me though. Empty posturing to placate those who eat empty platitudes while simultaneously not actually improving the gameplay on top of watering down every RPG aspect of the game since Cata. This game will become a F2P lobby game toned with ARPG while trying to reel in the most superficial and easily baited consumer base in modern America.
When they raise sub prices. Or when Ion gives horde vrykul.

i stopped paying when mists launched, adding playable pandas was their first mistake then they followed with removing challenge modes in WoD, removing mage tower in legion, then there was the disaster that was BFA not to mention the adding of midget furries in vulperas, and now we have disaster expac number two in SL.
an now theyre further adding irons to the fire by wasting resources removing pointless things their corporate overlords are forcing onto them to appease the legality garbage which is probably costing future raid tiers and or other cosmetic things to better the game.
i already quit for now and to that point just waiting to see if i get enjoyment out of next patch who knows flat burnt on the last 3 expac designs.
I haven’t found one yet. The removal of ‘art’ work and emotes wasn’t it for me.
I watched the Vid about a week ago. It’s an interesting watch.
Resorting to an obviously rigged and undisclosed “internal poll” to determine what makes Azeroth a safer and more inclusive space instead of listening to…you know, people who pay to play.
Logging on I rarely see guild members on these days me thinks they are just waiting for new content. The new content is mainly just cosmetic not the game mechanics that would help certain class’s Warrior /cough /cough. That and just reinventing time walking for Legion mage tower and Transmogs. Sad to say nothing really worth coming back to play in game 9.1.5 hell they nuked 9.3 so… Now just ignore the smoke coming from the building and that Buuuuuurrrrrrr noise coming from HR.
When they shave my worgen.
Their employee base has been becoming more out of touch with the playerbase over the years as with employee turnover, they have been more likely to hire new people who have the same attitudes and will fit in.
I’m thinking of some alternate reality where the currently ongoing changes were dreamed up.
Sure, these changes are dumb, but it’s not that big of a deal. I’m going to continue playing.
When something from the actual gameplay bothers me enough to quit. It’s not going to be meaningless things existing or being removed.
i walked out when i felt i no longer have a chance to raid 25man because 10mans were killing it.
i came back after 10man raiding died.
i’ll do it again if 20man raiding is no longer an option.
Nostalgia. I may only log on once or twice a month just to get on my main and sit in Goldshire or watch trade chat in the capital city, but I can’t seem to click the button
When it stops being fun, I guess. Hasn’t happened yet.
Somehow I just don’t get the warm and fuzzy feeling you’re trying to make the game better.
