I’m surprisingly starved for them more than crests, even after doing all the ED quests.
Heroic DotI was nerfed so can’t get Flightstones there either anymore.

I was wondering the same thing. I haven’t bothered with any raids, dungeons, or PvP yet (and probably won’t)… so I was wondering what my options are in general world content.

They need to increase flightstone cap cuz 2k is way too low

I didn’t do DotI on heroic last patch so I’m not sure how many it gave before, but yeah I did a few heroics on my baby alt last night and all three of them only gave 20 flightstones each off the last boss. I’m not sure what I was expecting, but I assumed you’d get some off every boss, not just the last boss?
I haven’t hopped into LFR yet, but do you get flightstones with your crests off every boss in there at least? Clearly, as an altoholic, I’m not sure where best to farm flightstones for my alts either. I don’t even care about the ilvl honestly, at least not more than knowing where the breakpoints are for unlocking the next color variant of raid gear.
Also omg yes this. Either I’m starved of flightstones, or I’m wasting them over the tiny 2k cap while waiting on my next lucky drop to upgrade then I’m immediately out again lol!
For real. They want us to do daily activities then put extremely low caps on rewards.
I’m capped on Dragon Crests and Flightstones already.
Spend stones & crests, so getting more doesn’t feel like a loss. Go get some gear and upgrade it.
It is a lost when your capped already, this whole cap thing needs to go away.

Blizzard will always have some type of look/block to prevent you from doing to much.
Best way to get flightstones? Sell your soul of course!

Found an unexpected good source: the Loamm Weekly gives 200 Flightstones.
EDIT: Weekly Suffused Camp dragon kill gives 150 flightstones.
