What's the best way to farm Dormant Primordial Fragment

Do you just join a raid a mindless kill rares? Is there another way to do this?

I got most of mine from breaking down gems that I got from the vault. Got impatient farming keys from rares, so I just spent a buttload of dust on the 2k bags from the dwarf vendor. Eventually I had enough keys to unlock all of the doors in my vault and solve the puzzles from there.

I haven’t been getting many Dormant Primordial Fragments from rares, or gems to break down for that matter. That said, I guess killing rares for dust helps with buying the bags.
