u dont need to minxmax a lvl 26 dungeon to understand how it works
ultimately, our discussion about using or not KC /Flanking and weaving melee is more impactful than the pet.
if u play as a ranged hunter with KC, as most ppl do, cats are better.
thx for the advice tho, I weave melee in pvp because its worth winning. parsing first vs the stupidest AI isnt a challenge for me.
popping 2.pots is enough to do it in 40 mins for the loot without wiping ;p

Look it up on petopia. Thereâs a red one in southern barrens and the ones from 1k needles will give you rank 3 lightning bolt. Once youâve learned it then you could teach it to any wind serpent and get the same result.
I dont log or parse either, but i do use details to watch my dps. If you are using kc with bite 4 on a ws you are doing much less damage than with bite disabled so all the focus goes to lb3. Maybe youâve figured out a way to time it perfectly but all that i get is a 10 to 15 dps drop when it steals focus from lb3 with a lower damage threshold even with the 60% boost, mainly bc bite has an 8sec cd.
I can only get kc to come close to lb3 with a cat using claw 4 turned off until i enable it after bite4 takes the first hit. Even then it still usually comes up short.
