Would rather have Turalyon. He’s clearly 10x more powerful than Talanji.
Khadgar is in Karazhan researching how to heal the world.
Talanji is staying in Zuldazar, a little miffed that the Horde suddenly is working with her father’s murderer.

I just thought that it was gunna be a permanent fixture, courtesy of the Legion. Kind of like the Maelstrom and the Dark Portal.
Azeroth has lots of little love notes from various cosmic forces strewn about.
Interestingly, Khadgar eventually came to the conclusion in the novel Beyond the Dark Portal that the portal could not be destroyed, and that the rift was permanently there - hence the building of Nethergarde Keep. Maybe he will come to the same conclusion here?
Maybe, but considering it’s what prompted the planet to start spitting up super-powered blood all over the place (speaking of which, are we just forgetting that Azerite exists, orrr…?) maybe it’s a bit more urgent than those, but who knows.
I sincerely thought that, as we got our HoA, that we used that to seal up her wounds. That 8.2 was a conclusion to that part of the story, but I sincerely don’t know. It’s very nebulous and feels like it was a really odd side-plot. Because it wasn’t used at all during the pre-patch events for anything else but a plot point.
Rastakhan isn’t in the Maw he is in the Other Side.
And while I’d like for Talanji to have a role, since she is priestess of Loa of Death now, there is still Jaina looming somewhere. So unless there is no way for Talanji to get her revange I guess it’s better to keep her away from any possible interaction with Proudmoore.

Talanji has a new line of causemetics coming out so she will be busy.
I heard he got tired of all this “we fight a common enemy and are friends now”, “let’s kill the other faction” back and forth and washed his hands of both groups.
Khadgar teamed up with Medivh and they’re touring the Twisting Nether, playing gigs with hits of their own and some covers. They call themselves MK Ultra

Same with Alleria since she didn’t do jack at all. You know I love that the Alliance High Elves never had screentime at all not since Legion and etc. So much like Talanji and etc. If your not part of the main cast. It’s a nope for you in the lore.
According to the book, Talanji’s had a bit of an adventure on her own prior to the sky opening up. She’s likely recovering from that whole situation, and aiming to keep her people together.
