I’m drawn to make one every time. Enjoy the concept, can’t seem to enjoy the class.

Depends on the kind of metal. If you’re talking Ozzy Osbourne Prince of Darkness metal, that would be warlock. If you were talking Jack Black blow your mind and melt some faces metal, that would be Shadow priest. If it’s metal like Dethklok, it would be neither and instead be death knight.

Warlock torments you physically but spriest torments you mentally. So I’d say warlock is metal and spriest is emo.

Nah, Gothic roots are intertwined with philosophical movements associated with Catholicism. Due to such, I feel they’re far more fitting with priests than they are warlocks :person_shrugging:

… Plus you also have the self-harming emo, of which Warlocks do to attain more power; so it’s sort of fitting :joy:

Warlocks are more late 80s, early to mid 90s Industrial.

KMFDM, Skinny Puppy, Ministry, Front Line Assembly, Front 242, Meat Beat Manifesto, etc…
