just curious what the mind ilvl is for the raid on normal and heroic? and what ilvl should you be to do M10’s???
Normal and Heroic aren’t controlled by the game system, but minimum for LFR is 359 so that should give you some idea what players will probably be asking for (my guess would be 382+ for N given how pugs go – and 400+ after the first week lol).
Keep in M10s are middle of the pack now – the near-mythic level stuff from the vault will require running M20s.

Well seeing how 98% of the playerbase sucks more than a new hoover, my guess is people will want you to be 5 to 10ilvl higher than what is dropped in that instance.

In SL the highest gear dropped from +15… they changed to 20s?
I may be mistaken on that. I thought I had seen a chart for S1 that went up to M20 but I can’t seem to find it atm.
In dragon flight to get a max ilvl great vault you need to do a +20

I probably wouldn’t invite anyone below 370 to norm raid
…unless we like really needed a tank/healer badly but still probably 365+
Prob no less than 385 for heroic
& Probably the same 385 for M10
Considering you can farm M9 for 389s, I don’t think these expectations are unreasonable
