Good question, let’s see. Rather than pockets, most of it would be in a backpack.
-A pouch of gold and silver coins
-Road rations. Strips of salted meat, dried fruit and flatbread
-A metal flask for water and drinks
-A hand-sized notebook. Full of drawing sketches and scribbled notes that make no sense to anyone
-A wrapped bar of soap
-A small knife. Useless as a weapon, just a general working tool.
-Some knotted rope
-A small personal cooking pan and bags of exotic herbs and spices
-A curious pocket watch given to her as a gift. Made of silver and glowing with an eerie green light. Apparently it has other functions, but she has yet to discover them.
-A black traveling cloak. Depending on the weather, she might be wearing it instead.
She spends much of her time on the road by herself so many of her possessions on hand are just lightweight practical gear. Most of it isn’t that valuable.

Judging by the laughing skull mask, that’s probably 16 names for the same knife.

Let’s just hope that when she uses it as a poop knife, she cleans it before using it as a tooth cleaning knife. But again, if she’s a laughing skull, I’d doubt that crosses her mind. Gotta love laughing skulls.
